At Scalpers, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you're not completely happy, you can return or exchange any unworn item within 30 days of delivery.
Request a Return
Log in to your account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique authorization code.
Pack Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in their original condition.
Ship the Package
Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier collection point or Scalpers retail store.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
